I've built a template for starting jquery plugin projects, but I stumbled across this web-gem this morning and don't think I'll ever use anything else.
Doug Neiner of Pixel Graphic Design Studio put this together and I was amazed by not only the simplicity of process, but also the complexity of conflict-prevention it incorporates. Definitely worth a bookmarking.
